Hey there,
How are you? I hope you're doing well. These are interesting times, troubling times, unprecedented times... you get my point. It's been... a time.
Still, I'm trying to adapt my routines to allow me a bit more allowance for practices that give me peace and time to focus on the better world I want to help create. This has looked like an hour of walking, reading, writing, and meditation in the morning after I drop my son off at school and before I start working.
Then an earlier attempt at unplugging at the end of the night so I can give myself what I need in the moment, whether that be a reading session of my latest fantasy romance book, a bath, or some journaling and tarot.
If you need someone to give you permission to stop scrolling through alarming news stories, arguing with people in the comments section, and worrying about what the future will look like, then I am here to say that it is okay to step away and do what is alignment with your goals, values, and needs. It's really okay, your peace and fulfillment matters too.
I stepped away to create some great stuff over the last two weeks, so let's catch up with everything I've been doing online. If you're into astrology - I highly recommend checking out my podcast last week because I have a very exciting collaboration to tell you about!
Freebies
To celebrate February as the month of love, I made this nifty Self-Love Rituals & Practices PDF to help you cultivate more self-love and self-worth as you make your way through life and your manifestation journeys. Because without a grounded belief in your own worthiness, you may run into all kinds of road blocks when trying to bring good things into your life and make positive change. This free resource comes with:
- A guided self-love mediation MP3
- A 1o minute self-love morning routine and evening routine
- Journaling prompts page
- 7-Day Self-Love Challenge
Enjoy, and be sure to check out this week's YouTube video and blog as a companion to the PDF.

I published two YouTube videos you can check out if you're in the need of some hope during these trying times, or some strategies to help you cultivate your self worth so you can stop blocking those big gorgeous things you're trying to manifest in life!

Read my Newest Blog
In my blog last week I wanted to break down a bit more in detail the ways in which self-love can either hurt or support your personal growth journey - especially for those who are experiencing challenges manifesting positive change in life.
Check it out if you want to understand the connection between self-love and growth.
Podcast
This week on The Cozy Self-Discovery podcast, I published my first interview on the pod! In Part 1 of a collaboration with Dr. Brie Kara, a psychologist and astrologer who is host of the Forecasting for Success Podcast, Brie came on my podcast to talk about how Astrology can help us on our self-discovery journeys.
Next week I'll be on her podcast, breaking down how my astrology can help me design a more successful and fulfilling career. Enjoy! If you prefer watching video podcasts, I also published this one on my YouTube channel.

Well that's it for now. With the world feeling more chaotic by the day, it's been really important to keep creating and talking about ways we can take more agency over the things that really matter to us in life - especially our own wellbeing and ways we want to grow and change for the better. If you're feeling overwhelmed, I suggest a cup of tea and a quiet journaling session where you can get clear on what that means for you.
Best of luck this week, and if there's anything I can do to help, will you let me know?
Talk to you next week.
